Start in the centre of Helmond for a 36 km loop along 18 numbered junctions — nice and flat (9 m of climbing). Mostly paved, with the odd stretch of gravel. Along the way you pass Bundertjes and Kasteeltuin. You ride through Gerwen, Aarle-Rixtel and Mierlo. Just follow the numbers.
